Responsibilities - Daily support for all end-user problems and questions relating to the ERP system and personal computers. - Design and implement reports for the end users from the ERP system. - Install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade computer hardware and software. - Monitor and maintain network operations and other IT related systems, such as telephones, security systems etc…
